Tutorial - Carnival Themed ♥

Hey! I'm sorry I can't do a long post, but here's a quick tutorial.


Add the accessories as shown (except the lashes - you need two of each kind, two on each eye). The hair is optional, any will do. 
Add the lipliner and lipstick, with a gloss if you want, and then the mascara (this is optional too). Use the blue shadestick to fill in the gaps between the eyes and paint.
Voila, you have a cute but crazy look, perfect for a parade or carnival!
